Suggestion: add a "missing" section, where project ideas live

There are a variety of missing compontent libraries (e.g., gears, pullies), which would be very beneficial when implemented. Tracking these sorts of projects which are "missing" from the community would give people ideas of new projects to work on, if they're looking into making that sort of library.
