[Grid Config] Updating of a saved grid configuration does not work

The update endpoint for a saved configuration always require to add the shared users or roles.
That does not work well, when you want to share a configuration globally or want to take a configuration just for your own.

We had the same issue already during the save of a configuration. So I guess the logic can be just taken from there.
