Currencies pallet doesn't work with the native currency.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Extrinsic currencies.transfer ZERO doesn't transfer tokens, doesn't throw errors
  • Extrinsic (sudo) currencies.updateBalance ZERO doesn't transfer tokens, doesn't throw errors
