• While Adds migrations to restore currupted staking ledgers in Polkadot and Kusama #447 fixed the core staking bug that we had last year, one account is still in an inconsistent state. To fix it, we either need a force_unstake(Root), or better, a one-off migration to fix it in this release. Juan and Michalis from W3F support are in touch with the account owner, and will provide a writeup to justify this migration. If writeup is ready in time, we should add this migration as well to fully close the book for this unfortunate bug. force unstake the last remaining corrupt ledger #538
• Disallow sub identity tweaking with NonTransfer proxy #518 is a security PR.

I don't think someone will bump everything (although we could since it's just patch releases of crates). But feel free to at least bump anything you need from stable2409-3 (e.g. Brani's PR)
