I'm not sure where the cause of this issue is, but I'm seeing multiple messages specifically for incident unit changes and comments added

Comments added: This appears to happen fairly regularly
For unit M205 on incident 23-003185, two TO status messages were received for the unit separated by about 15 minutes. This may be the end user pressing the button to hospital button twice.
