When MIDI wavetable is held by another program, Power Tab crashes

Description
When MIDI wavetable is held by another program, Power Tab crashes when you try to playback MIDI.

To Reproduce
Open FL Studio. Open Power Tab. Press Play in Power Tab.

Windows 10, Power Tab Editor 2.0.20 (v2.0.20-0-geff05f0)

I don't have FL Studio, but tried having PTE 1.7 open and playing MIDI, and then opened PTE 2.0 and was able to play without issues. Could you try the same setup?

Also, is there any error message with the crash, or is it hard crash?
