Describe the current behavior

We can load a CGMES either given a zipped file containing all profiles or given a folder containing profiles using
Ǹetwork.read(zipOrFolder)`

Describe the expected behavior

As CGMES data is often exchanged as individual zipped profiles it would a nice to have to be able to load a CGMES given a folder containing all zipped profiles.
