Having issues flashing the t embed cc1101

Describe the bug:
When i connect the type c and open a serial port the device power cycle it's self in a infinite loop not allowing me to flash it think there's a bug in the flasher ive took out the battery and tried it even held the button still nothing ive made sure my drivers where updated that's not the issue
