Describe the bug
After running ninja -C build install it doesn't show up as an option to add to the panel.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

pull down source
compile and install
Go to Budgie Desktop Settings to add to panel
See no option to add to panel

Expected behavior
Option to add to panel
