Currently, the time limit for a vote to end is not user-configurable. It is some hard coded default value. Make it customisable for the user who starts the vote.
How about a !vote Topic option1|option2 [time-in-seconds]?
Note that the time-in-seconds argument should be optional.

Should I do this?
Someone can abuse this by setting up a very long timed vote and not ending it.

How about allowing anyone to end a poll, irrespective of who has created it? We could easily end long-standing polls then.

put a limit to the timer
like a 4 hours max

but still the vote will be there for 4 hours,
and if we do it vartak's way, then anyone can end the vote
any other way?
