The issue #74 gave me a trigger to create a 2.0 version of the plugin.

This new version would be within the current standards of front-end development:

Create npm installation npm install jquery-price-format;
Rewritten using ES6 with Babel;
Browserify or Webpack;
Implements tests (Moka, Jasmine, Tape or other);
Javascript code style using ESLint (Standard or Airbnb style];
Automatizate tests, build and/or deploys using TravisCI;

That's it! Would it be a good idea?
