Describe the bug

The most recent commit fixing #695 should have resulted in a new Helm chart being pushed, but that did not work.

Output of kubectl get pods,akrii,akric -o wide

ArgoCD says:

Failed to load target state: failed to generate manifest for source 1 of 1: rpc error: code = Unknown desc = helm pull --destination /tmp/808b3c5d-8ad7-4cd5-a8e9-e19b8005f4cc --version 0.13.9 --repo https://project-akri.github.io/akri/ akri failed exit status 1: Error: chart "akri" version "0.13.9" not found in https://project-akri.github.io/akri/ repository
