We have some interesting examples/demos in https://dev.azure.com/pulumi-ce
We should have some github-oriented example to help people see how to do gitops with Pulumi.

Some concepts/points the demo should cover:

  • monorepo
  • multiple projects and multiple stacks for each project
  • workflow of branch based stack then merging to say staging and then to prod and showing PR comments along the way, etc.
