I'd suggested to use Noto CJK instead of SimHei as default font.

This should avoid garbled encoding in some computers (for both Japanese and Chinese) and provide better appearance.
It would also be nice to support Traditional Chinese.
It can be easily done by converting strings.json with OpenCC.
