Stop using Windows notifications to notify the user of errors

First: some of us have them disabled ("alarms only"). We get absolutely no feedback on errors that way.

Second: even if you have them enabled, they look like this:

What's that? What does it mean? What am I supposed to do? Clicking them does nothing, they just vanish.

You can always disable them and check the Execution log every once in a while (View -> Log -> tick all the boxes).
