WebAPI question

Hi, I'm on qBittorrent 4.2 and I made a script to inject trackers from a public list, but I inject trackers only on public torrents, not on private one.
I want to implement the script performance, and I want to interact directly with the WebAPI, I searched a bit but I don't found any answer about my question.

It's possible to know if a tracker is private or not with WebAPI? Inside Trackers tab I can see DHT disabled and the Message is this tracker is private, but I don't know if the API will return this status.
