Why is qBitttorent connecting to a Chinese IP upon startup?

I just reinstalled Windows, installed Malwarebytes, downloaded the latest qbittorrent from official website, and as soon as I start it, it gets blocked for trying to connect to a Chinese IP 122.112.178.222
