Misleading behaviour

Hello!
It happens very often that users set all files in a torrent to DON'T DOWNLOAD priority. But then tracker still count as leechers and add them to the list. In good faith I hurry to start my computer and seed that torrent. But it's just false alarm and wasted time, as the user is not interested to download something.
My point is that torrent should be paused automatically when all files are set to DON'T DOWNLOAD.
