Migrating from MacOS to Windows 10

Hi there,

Can I get some help/instructions for how to migrate my qbittorrent and torrents from MacOS to Windows?
I've bene looking online through reddit/google and these discussions but I haven't quite stumbled on many cross-platform transfers.

I would greatly appreciate your help!

Operating Systems:
MacOs Sonoma 14.5 (current)
Windows 10 version 22H2 (target location)
