I'd like to know how the "When inactive seeding time reaches" option works

Hi!

I was trying to find a way to automatically stop stalled torrents and start downloading the next torrent in queue, and I've found the "When inactive seeding time reaches" option, but when I set the time limit to 1 min and choose to stop the torrent, nothing happens to the stalled torrents after the time limit is reached.

I'd like to know if that's a bug or if I don't understand what that option does.

Are they fully downloaded (all files you have selected for downloading)?

The problem is that it doesn't explain what it doesn't count for.

So I tried that, and nothing happens. The queued torrent doesn't start.
