bypass router openwrt, QB skipping tracker announce unreachable

I hava a router powered by openwrt, it's used to bypass router.
On the router, there is qbittorent server.
I download something, the tracker reminder me skipping tracker announce unreachable.

But when I stop the firewall /etc/init.d/firewall stop , the download will be ok, and the tracker status is working.

So, I think I need to set firewall strategy correct, but how can do this. help!!!
