Suggestion

Can we provide very reflecting GUI update rate like in other clients like BiglyBT or uTorrent?

Use case

Why it needs? Because of "true" and live looking.

Not sure what you mean but... Options > Advanced > Refresh interval.

Options > Advanced > Refresh interval updating only title & bottom, not a Peers tab, etc.

No, it affects everything.

The update interval does seem to be erratic for sub 1 sec values.

Or are there restrictions on not getting a race condition.
Maybe it makes sense to limit the setting of this value from 1000ms? I don't think a lower value makes sense.
