Menu shortcuts not working properly with latest QT6 build of QGIS

What is the bug or the crash?

In the latest release of the QT6 version of QGIS for Mac I noticed that many of the Menu shortcuts aren't working properly. See attached image. Is this only happening to me?

Just go to any menu and I see [?]
