What is the bug or the crash?

On a PC which have AMD Ryzen 7 5800X, 16 GB of RAM, Radeon RX550 and a SSD NVME 1TB with Win 11 24h2, when i open a project on QGIS 3.34.14 and when i zoom. I can see a latency before QGIS update the display and on the taskamanger i can see a high usage of CPU and memory reaching 100%.
I have an another computer with the same configuration that above, when opening the same project, it doesn't have a high usage of CPU and memory.
I have done a new profile on QGIS but it hasn't changed anything.

Steps to reproduce the issue

I have a qgz project on a network share, i open it on QGIS, then i zoom on the taskamanger i can see a high usage of CPU and memory reaching 100%.

In this project there is a background layer with image and some others layers.
