These actions in the form of clicked URLs are available on most map windows and it would be very practical to be able to replicate them in certain QGIS projects.
This is already possible on GIS data with the attribute manager and the expression tool or the actions. The idea would be to have it more generally on QGIS.
Acceptation criteria
It is easy to set a link to a geoportal using coordinates
It is possible to use coordinates in different format as parameters (WGS 84, Swiss Projection, ...)
