Create an example of a command line notebook kernel

The book uses Jupiter notebooks throughout as a way to write documentation that easily integrates code samples. There is no requirement that these notebooks use a Python kernel and it would be great to have an example of how to set a notebook up that gets evaluated at build time with cells that execute bash/PowerShell commands.
