On calibre and kindle I can't add the epub ebook since 15.1.1

Using Calibre the programs stops after turning some pages and the menu has broken links.
The problem also occurred trying to send the epub to kindle through Amazon (Who just sends an email error ).

I was trying the older releases, and the version where starts to break is https://github.com/quii/learn-go-with-tests/releases/tag/15.1.1

• v13.0.x, v14.0.x, v15.0.x fails to import via Google Play Books #598
  Before this change the epub works properly on Calibre.
