[Slider] Ability to link thumbs together

Overview

add a feature to the slider component that allows linking two thumbs together. The linked thumbs should be able to move independently, but if the range between them is selected, both should move together, maintaining their relative distance. This will provide greater flexibility for use cases requiring paired or grouped range adjustments, such as selecting a min-max range that moves as a block when adjusted.
