Only have one workflow that works for any branch/space/environment for deploys

We currently have multiple different workflows each with multiple different jobs called that all basically do the same tasks.
To cut down on the number of workflows, reduce pipeline code bloat, and simplify, we should have one workflow for deploys that calls upon the underlying deploy-(front/back)end.sh scripts with enough information to keep the same current functionality. This requires updates to the scripts.
