[Design Deliverable] Finalize FRA Report #1 specifications

Background

This ticket is focused on finalizing FRA report #1 specifications and finalizing error report language.

Acceptance Criteria

• UI designs and error reports reflect all initial feedback from OFA, dev, and PM stakeholders.
• Stakeholders have reviewed and confirmed agreement on final specifications for FRA report As a developer I need scaffolding for the UI so I can contribute to the project #1 UI and error reports.
• All possible error report errors (and associated language) defined and documented in collaboration with OFA.
• All documentation and design files are organized and shared with relevant team members for final approval.

Tasks

• Incorporate initial feedback from OFA, dev, and PM into designs.
• Complete additional review(s) with stakeholders to ensure agreement on final specifications.
