Background

This ticket intends to deliver the research plan for the OFA Regional Staff UI MVP, following the successful completion of #3262.

Acceptance Criteria

  • A research plan has been created which includes:
    • Research goals, relevant research questions.
    • Recruitment criteria & target participants.
    • Recruitment/participation email templates.
    • Timeline (for recruitment and for research sessions).
    • Testable Designs/Content (if applicable)
    • Ethics, privacy concerns

Tasks

  • Channel roadmap scope conversations into a refined UX roadmap item
  • Refine research plan document
  • Write research recruiting emails
  • Generate squishy prototype of OFA Regional Staff UI MVP experience
  • Review in UX Syncs / spin ups
  • Ticket next-steps
