Background

We are preparing for pilot user testing for the FRA research, and it is crucial to align on the goals with our stakeholders before proceeding. The primary objective is to clarify the intended outcomes of the pilot, specifically whether the focus should be on usability testing or whether it should lean more toward training and feedback sessions. Understanding these goals will help shape the subsequent user testing plan and ensure that the testing meets the stakeholders' needs and expectations. The assignee will create a draft outlining these goals, which will then be shared with the stakeholders for feedback and further iteration.

Acceptance Criteria

• A draft of the goals for the pilot user testing is created and shared with relevant stakeholders (OFA, PM, Dev, UX) for review and iteration.
• The draft goals clearly define the intended focus of the testing (usability testing vs. training/feedback sessions) and outline measurable outcomes.
• Stakeholder feedback on the draft goals is incorporated, and the goals are finalized.
• A follow-up discussion or meeting is scheduled with stakeholders to finalize the goals and align on the next steps for the user testing plan.
• The finalized goals document will inform the creation of the user testing plan in the subsequent ticket.

Tasks

• Create an initial draft of the pilot testing goals, including intended outcomes of the pilot, measurable outcomes, and alignment on format.
• Share the draft with stakeholders (OFA, PM, Dev, UX) for feedback.
• Schedule a meeting or discussion with stakeholders to review and iterate on the draft goals.
• Revise the draft based on feedback and finalize the testing goals.
• Ensure that the finalized goals are documented and ready to be used for the user testing plan in the next ticket.
