In peer or self review, when a student sees an answer from another student, there should be a button for flagging an answer. If the student flags an answer, a dialog opens where the student can select a reason for the flagging with radio buttons, and they can also write a textual description why they want to flag an answer.

Answer contains harmful content
Answer is AI generated
If an answer gets flagged too many times, it gets moved to be reviewed by the teacher. This threshold can be customized for each course.
