User request from @HOUSTONHA
A user may want to exclude some meds from the therapy timeline to facilitate audit work.
This may be removing

antifungals/antivirals/antibacterials.
or specific drugs
or prescriptions for certain indications
or some other bespoke requirement.

Current thinking for a new feature:

opt-in argument in therapy_timeline to provide prescriptions_id to include

peterdutey added this to the v0.8.0 milestone

peterdutey modified the milestones: v0.8.0, v0.9.0
