Option to load EBGv2 settings for generating C# code correctly

Converting to C# EBG style should be able to open EBGv2's settings file, to make sure cases are correct.

Now I have to manually correct them:

Probably related to all settings <CameCases***> and added names in <TokenCapitalizationOverrides>.
Any more tips from @daryllabar? Or maybe it is possible to use your code in some way?

So you want to be able to determine how the configurations in the EBG will case the prefixes?

Well, maybe prefixes as well, but the primary problem is the casing of the entity and attribute names.
