Refactor Tile to be stateless #1

  • Tile component should not set a timeout to flip itself, this should be controlled by the parent
  • This will allow the most requested feature so far: the ability to flip all of the tiles at once whenever the user finds two matching tiles, as it is now the game is too easy.
