Only accept event with certain rssi

Hello, how do I only accept events with rssi, say, above 180?
In https://reelyactive.github.io/barnowl-baby-steps.html, there is a "Filtering packets by signal strength" session with barnowl, how do I integrate this with hlc-server? thanks.
