[Bug]: CalDAV sync option missing

Hey, I hope that I am not overlooking something obvious. According to the README this app supprots CalDAV sync. But in the preferences I can only find an option to sync with a Microsoft account.

To Reproduce

1. Install v4.0 as flatpak
2. Open the app
3. Open the preferences
