[Bug] System restarts instead of shutting down, if charging. #219

Bug: If the device is being charged with a USB-C cable, when Shutdown option is selected, device Restarts instead of shutting down.

Issue isn't observed if device does not have a USB-C cable connected to it.

Version in use: 40-dev-905b0c4ff1 2024/03/01 04:16
