I can't install I did put the roms in the folder but it doesn't work

Can you provide more details?

You have to put roms in the Share partition and not in the same partition of the OS.

Also, have you put roms in the proper console folder?

For instance:

SHARE > roms > psx (for PS1)
SHARE > roms > gba (for Game Boy Advance)
