Fedora 40 syntax error at token container_runtime_read_tmpfs_files #1

It doesn't build on Fedora 40:

Compiling targeted homed module
homed.te:142:ERROR 'syntax error' at token 'container_runtime_read_tmpfs_files' on line 7951:
#line 142
container_runtime_read_tmpfs_files(systemd_homed_t)
/usr/bin/checkmodule: error(s) encountered while parsing configuration

I tried removing that from homed.te file and it builds but systemd-homed doesn't work as systemd-homework fails with permission error.
