since we're hosting on DigitalOcean, not sure whether we need this folder. Investigate.

Hi @mmmaaatttttt, quick update from me - I just deleted the aws_setup folder in the codebase and the API is still functioning correctly on a local machine. I don't believe we'll need this folder since the application is hosted on DigitalOcean related to this ticket. Let me know what you think!
