possible changes to popup bar charts

right now the title of the chart (green) is overlapping with the chart a lot. Could it be removed? Or should the grid be moved even further down?

I aligned the legend to the right side because there was more space.
Due to that there is a lot of space between the chart and the description below (red). This is mostly caused through the padding settings. If the padding could be smaller the chart could have more space or the whole popup could be smaller.
