Not showing wallpaper on computer start-up even though its set to that #2569

Describe the bug
On startup, there is no wallpaper showing up, instead I see a gray rectangle for a few seconds and then it disappears.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

set to start on startup
reboot your computer and then it does not show up

Expected behavior
I expect it to startup and then show the live wallpaper, even if it takes a few seconds to start up, it should still show up.

Chances are the Log file will NOT help at all.
