Wallpaper sets to the wrong size on second monitor #2589

Describe the bug
The wallpaper on my second monitor always changes to the wrong size after a few seconds. It just gets a little smaller and shows an outline of the default windows wallpaper.

To Reproduce
It just happens after a few seconds. Restarting the file explorer yields results sometimes and sometimes just restarts the bug.

Expected behavior
The wallpaper staying at the right size.
