I've looked at this project and thought it was interesting, though I have no idea how to start working with it. Is there a wiki, or how-to, to make it work and key graphics on some output feed? How is the keying done? What would be the steps to install this on my computer (is there an installer)? Is it compatible with Windows?

TLDR: please make a how-to, so that us normal folks can make this work.

Updates README with scaffolding of things to come.

This closes #78, albeit without going up the whole chain for exacore.
This is related to #22/#79, and hopefully starts us down that road.
