Can't get events from Cameras

I've been trying to do automation (lights based on camera events) for a while, i've got a 16channels NVR + 10 WizMind Cameras (Andy Empire-Tech supplied).

However, events won't fire?
I tried adding both the NVR and the cameras directly, but no events are fired on the event bus, cameras are setup with intrusion/tripwire, that correctly triggers on the NVR and generates an event that is searchable in the 'Ai Search'.

However, from HA i can see the events history and everything is mostly clear, i see some tripwire events happening but only rarely, seems like it triggers only when its tripped a long time or that its triggering only 'sometimes'.

I then thought it was an NVR issue, so i connected directly to the cameras, but nothing.
Started listening in HA to the dahua_event_received and walked in front of the camera, nothing happened too.

Camera is enabled with Acupick IVS + Video Metadata.

Any help/hints?

do you have a error when you switch on "infared "or "Motion detection" on the Device screen of the camera?
