I had to add
install(TARGETS standalone_converter DESTINATION lib/${PROJECT_NAME})
to the CMakeList.txt in the package costmap_converter of branch humble, so that I could use
ros2 run costmap_converter standalone_converter
Currently, the "DESTINATION" is "bin", which leads to the error "No executable found", when I try to run the node. (tested in branch "humble")
