Uptime Kuma integration

Hi,

I think it would be pretty interesting to add an Uptime Kuma integration to monitor starwarden scheduled task, UK can generate a passive monitor that is nothing more than a push URL built like https://**instance**/api/push/**api code**?status=up&msg=OK&ping=

All parameters are useful there because status is used to determine if it failed, msg could be used to tell HOW / WHAT (api key? gh down? etc.) failed and ping could be used to indicate time starwarden took for it's crawling.
