Application Form Errors Not Helpful

Fix this if there's time, but I've noticed that the application form when there are unfilled required fields, it does not point out which fields are unfilled.

One of the following would help:

• highlight which field is unfilled and required (note: causes accessibility issues for people who may be visually impaired)
• list out unfilled fields that are required
